नमस्कार दोस्तों, आज हम आपको पंजाब निवास प्रमाण पत्र (Domicile Certificate) के बारे में जानकारी तथा पीडीएफ फॉर्म प्रदान करेंगे। निवास प्रमाण पत्र एक महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज है। जिसका उपयोग विभिन्न सरकारी कार्यों में किया जाता है। डोमिसाइल सर्टिफिकेट सरकारी सेवाओं का लाभ उठाने के लिए तथा सरकारी प्रमाण पत्र व सरकारी सेवाओं का लाभ लेने के लिए चाहिए होता है। निवास प्रमाण पत्र यह साबित करता है कि आप किस राज्य क्षेत्र के स्थायी निवासी हैं।
Punjab Domicile Certificate के लिए, उप-विभागीय मजिस्ट्रेट या तहसीलदार के कार्यालय या राजस्व विभाग या जिला कलेक्टर कार्यालय में जाना होगा, और आवेदन करना होगा।

Eligibility Criteria
The Following are the eligibility criteria for obtaining a Punjab domicile certificate:
- The applicant must be an Indian Citizen.
- Parents or forefathers of the applicant have permanent residence in the state of Assam for a minimum of 50 years.
- The applicant must be residing in the state of Assam for a minimum of 20 years.
- If an applicant fulfills all the above eligibility, he can also apply for his/ her child.
Documents Required
To create a residence certificate, you must have the following required documents-
- Passport-size photograph.
- Adhar card, voter ID.
- Birth Certificate.
- Documents related to parents and ancestors have continuously resided in the State for a minimum of 50 years.
- Proof of address (Aadhar card/Ration card/Passport/Driving License).
- Document of immovable property, if any.

- फॉर्म डाउनलोड करने के बाद आपको इसमें पूछी गयी सभी जानकारी ध्यान से भरनी होंगी।
- इसके बाद आपको सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेजों की फोटो कॉपी फॉर्म के साथ अटैच करनी होंगी।
- सभी प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के बाद आपको पूर्णरूप से भरे हुए फॉर्म को अपने क्षेत्र के राजस्व कार्यालय को फॉर्म जमा करना होगा। आवेदन करने के बाद, आवेदक को 30 दिनों के भीतर निवास प्रमाण पत्र मिलेगा।
