The Odisha Government has launched an online e-portal for Odisha Labour Card Registration. All workers and employees of the state can register by visiting this online portal and get their Labour cards made. Through this Labour card, workers of the state can avail benefits of all government schemes being launched by the state government. The National Informatics Center has introduced this Labour card scheme specifically for Labour laws and the safety, health, and welfare of workers at NIC.

Eligibility Criteria
While applying for the Odisha Shramik Card, the applicant has to fulfil the eligibility criteria given below
- Labour cards will be issued only to permanent residents of Odisha.
- On 1 January 2020, the applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
- With this, the age of the applicant worker should not be more than 60 years.
- This card is being issued only for the benefit of workers and labourers.
