Eligibility Criteria For Non-Creamy Layer Certificate
For the non-creamy layer (NCL) certificate application in the state of Assam, the applicant must fulfill the following eligibility conditions-
- The applicant should be an Indian citizen.
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Assam.
- The applicant should belong to the OBC category.
- The annual income of the applicant’s family and income from other sources (land, property,
- business) should not exceed 8 lakh. However, agricultural income does not come into consideration.
