E-Pattadhar Passbook is a type of document. Which includes all the details of the landlord, also known as the lessee. The PPB is issued by the revenue authorities under the Records of Rights Act and is also considered proof of ownership. e-Pattadhar passbook also contains a passport-size photograph of the landlord which also contains the passport of the owner as well as a signature or thumb impression. Which will be called the e-title deed-cum-Pattadhar passbook. The Pattadhar passbook is issued by the Divisional Revenue Officer. To apply for the Pattadhar Passbook in a prescribed application form, the Landowner applicant is to submit the application form in triplicate with all the details. Only one copy must be submitted to the MRO or Revenue Inspector.
