Odisha government has organized “Biju Yuva Sashaktikaran Yojana 2023” to empower the school students of their state. Under this scheme, laptops will be provided free of cost to the students of class 11th, and 12th of meritorious schools. Under this scheme, the process of connecting students with new technology has been started.

Eligibility Criteria
- The benefit of this scheme will be available only to the students living in the state of Odisha.
- Those students who have passed class XII from a government school will get the benefit of this scheme.
- Only the students who have secured 70% marks in the last examination will get the benefit of this scheme.
- The age of the student should be between 18 to 25 years.
- Those candidates who have achieved an Upashray degree will also be provided laptops under this scheme.
