Andhra Pradesh government launched Jagananna Smart Town Scheme. This scheme is for the middle-income group citizens of the state. In which state government under this scheme, AP government distributed plots among MIG groups. Under which the MIGs have been directed to develop colonies with all facilities to provide land within five kilometers from the existing urban areas. Under the scheme, citizens with an annual income of three to six lakhs can get 150 square yards of land, while those with an annual income of six to 12 lakhs will be given 200 square yards and those with an annual income of 12 to 18 lakhs will be given 240 square yards of land. . YSR Housing Scheme Demand Survey
The objective of the Jagananna Smart Town Scheme is to provide land for the house to the people of the middle-income group in less money. which will be given as follows.
