WB Jai Johar Bandhu Prakalpa Scheme Form PDF: Let us tell you that Jai Johar Bandhu Prakalpa Scheme was announced in the West Bengal budget presented by the Finance Minister of the state of West Bengal. Under the scheme, there is a provision to give pensions to 60-year-old citizens of scheduled caste communities and scheduled tribe communities. The scheme was announced by Finance Minister Amit Mitra on 10 February 2020. Two important schemes were launched during this period.
Which is the “Jai Johar” and “Bandhu Prakalpa” scheme. The Jai Johar scheme was started for the people belonging to the Scheduled Tribe community of the state and the Bandhu Prakalpa scheme was started for the citizens of the Scheduled Caste community. The main objective of these schemes is to provide financial assistance through pensions to the people of these communities.

Eligibility Criteria
The following eligibility is required to apply for the scheme
- The applicant should be a permanent resident of West Bengal State.
- To get the benefit of the Jai Johar scheme, the applicant’s age should be more than 60 years.
- Along with this, only people belonging to the Scheduled Castes / Tribes community will be given benefits under the scheme.
- The applicant is not getting the benefit of any other pension scheme. Otherwise, the benefit of the scheme will not be available.
