Four types of ration cards are distributed by the Government of Kerala to the citizens of the state. Which have different colors.

Yellow Card- The majority of the society is economically backward or
Antyodaya Anna Yojana is provided to the beneficiary
Pink Card- Below Poverty Line (BPL)
Blue Card- Above Poverty Line (APL)
White Card- Non – Priority

First of all, you have to go to the official website of the Civil Supplies Department.
Here you will see its home page. As shown below –
On the home page, you have to click on the option of “Ration Card Application Form”. A page will open in front of you on clicking.
On this page, you have to click on the link “Application form for new ration card”.
On clicking, the application form will open in front of you. From here you can download the form.

After downloading the form, you will have to fill in all the information asked in it correctly.
After filling in all the information, you will have to attach your required documents along with the form.
After this, you have to submit the form to the TSO or DSO office.
