The Rupashree Scheme was launched by the government of West Bengal in the financial year 2019-20. This scheme aims to provide financial help to families of daughters in the state at the time of their marriage. The beneficiaries of this scheme are all citizens of the state whether they belong to any caste, religion, tribe, or others. The motive behind launching this scheme, the government of West Bengal wants to help poor families in the state.

The application form is available both in English and Bengali languages. Applicants have to duly fill in all the asked information in either language. A list of the required documents is attached to the last of the form. you have to give all the required documents to the concerned officer at the time of submission of the application form.
Process of money disbursement and Verification of Applicant:
The disbursement of the money to the beneficiary before 5 days of marriage in her bank account. Before the fund transfer, the concerned officer will verify the applicant by visiting the applicant’s residence. The amount of Rs 25000.00 will be transferred to Applicant’s account.

- After downloading the form, you will have to fill in all the information asked in it.
- Then fill in the information, you will have to attach your required documents along with the form.
- After completion of all the processes, you have to submit the application form to the office of the Block Development Officer, the Office of the Sub-Divisional Officer, or the Office of the Corporation Commission.
