The government of Assam state of India has launched SUHRID MLA Scholarship Scheme for the higher education of the students of the State in 2016-17. Under this scheme, the sum amount of Rs 50 lakh will be given to every MLA for education and health development purposes in their Constituency area. under this scheme, the scholarship of Rs 5000 to Rs 20000 will be directly disbursed to the account of the selected students of Assam.
application forms in pdf format are available to download online for this scheme. All the processes of application are offline. Students have to submit their application by hand to the office of their local office of Member of the Legislative Assembly.
