Eligibility For Tamilnadu Domicile Certificate
The following eligibility criteria are mandatory to apply for Domicile Certificate:
- The parents or guardian of the applicant must be a permanent resident of more than 6 years in Tamil Nadu.
- Women who are not native to Tamil Nadu, but have married men from Tamil Nadu. They can also apply for a residence certificate
Documents Required For Tamilnadu Residence Certificate
It is mandatory to have the following necessary documents to apply for a residence certificate:
- Proof of permanent residence for 5 years.
- Ration card copy, Voter ID,
- Adhar Card
- Land documents
After completing the form, the applicant must submit the form to the Revenue Office, attaching the required documents. After applying, the applicant will get the residence certificate within 30 days.
